What you'll do

• Assist with property loss claims
• Coordinate the policy placements of all lines of company insurance including completion of applications and obtaining supporting data required by underwriters
• Review and edit corporate contracts to ensure insurance lines, limits and language are appropriate for the risk associated with the agreement
• Maintain FAA’s Aviation Insurance Data Management System – upload mainline and regional Aviation policies, maintain CRAF fleet list and aircraft values
• Work in partnership with our property insurer on CRE project coordination/construction insurance placement and loss prevention

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of insurance or related experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Proven leadership experience and qualities
• Able to consistently meet strict deadlines that are contingent upon SME input

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Ability to collaborate well with many different departments and all levels of management
