Enterprise Risk Analyst - Rcsa

Broadgate are working closely with a mid-sized Bank to find an Enterprise Risk Analyst. The role will play a key role in establishing ORM programs with a focus on the RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) and Control Testing programs including assisting in maturing the methodology and standards.

*PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE CAN ALSO BE BASED IN PHOENIX, AZ OR COLOMBUS, OH, AND IS A HYBRID ROLE.*

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute control design and effectiveness testing that aligns to the RCSA program.
• Provide guidance to the first line on development of effective controls to mitigate key risks.
• Partner with the first line on remediation plans for identified issues.
• Communicate testing and validation process, status, and results to business and risk partners.
• Develop compelling reports that communicate testing and validation results for Management and the Board.
• Partner with risk and control owners to identify and document key risks and controls.

Qualifications:

• Relevant financial services industry and professional experience across one or more of the three lines of defense (e.g., compliance, risk management or audit)
• 4+ years of direct experience developing risks and controls
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use independent judgment to escalate issues.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
