Job description


The Co-Investment team is composed of 25+ professionals in New York, Paris, London and Beijing.


The Analyst will be deeply integrated with the close-knit New York team, and responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:


  • Monitoring of US deal flow, and market research on potentially actionable opportunities
  • Monitoring of existing portfolio companies
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis for new transactions and existing portfolio companies
  • Preparation of periodic reporting and meeting materials
  • Analysis of ongoing transactions on which the team is working (Memo writing, Financial modelling, Market research, Expert calls)
  • Detailed financial analysis including LBO modeling



Required qualities / profile


  • Organized and motivated, able to work independently
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and desire to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work authorization in the U.S. is required.
  • Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
  • Available to start in summer/fall 2023
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or other related fields
  • Ability to speak a 2nd or 3rd language is a plus (not required)
  • Strong understanding and experience with financial modeling (LBO, DCF etc.), valuation methodologies and accounting principles
  • 0.5-2 years of work experience in the financial services industry
