Amazon Sales Manager

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the PRADCO Amazon Sale Manager will be to set account strategy and drive execution to meet and exceed sales goals on the Amazon platform. The Amazon Sales Manager will establish and cultivate relationships with Amazon vendor managers and other key contacts to grow sales while maintaining profitability targets. In partnership with marketing, this manager will set overall Amazon advertising strategy, make budget recommendations, and set ROI targets. The manager will interface weekly with internal forecasting and operational teams to ensure inventory availability and performance standards are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon programs such as Direct Import, Direct Fulfillment, and Born to Run
  • Manage listings on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts daily, including setting up new listings and partnering with marketing to enhance product descriptions, images, and keywords for optimal page rank and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales
  • Direct the development of short and long-range objectives for Amazon sales and oversees their implementation and achievement
  • Daily/ Weekly reporting of performance including marketplace pressures, POS tracking, and trends
  • Maintain knowledge of Amazon selling policies and code of conduct and remain in compliance
  • Lead and manage the Amazon account, overseeing account strategy, revenue growth objectives, profitability, and operational execution
  • Work directly with marketing teams of Signature Game & Land Management (SGLM) and Moultrie Mobile (MM) to develop winning advertising strategies and messaging tactics based on experimentation
  • Manage relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers, In-Stock Managers, and Advertising Managers

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience optimizing product listings and product page content
  • B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Highly fluent in e-commerce best practices
  • A minimum of 3 years of Amazon account management experience
  • Familiarity with product pricing strategy, SKU rationalization, and channel management

Essential Job Functions

  • Experience working with and presenting to Executive level employees.
  • May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and/or programs in a corporate setting.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hunting/fishing experience with an appreciation of the outdoors
