Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) is building on that foundation with a bulk storage and distribution service for FBA sellers and innovating towards creating an integrated supply chain offering that can bring sellers' products from factory floor to customer doors seamlessly.
We are looking for multi-faceted Marketing Leader to launch and drive adoption for a new supply chain offering. You will be responsible for building a well recognized new global brand in the supply chain space and drive adoption for it by developing and executing a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy.
The right candidate has successful experience in thinking customer backwards, results-driven marketing, an unbridled passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit with strong product marketing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. They will demonstrate ability to balance customer research, campaign creation and ideation, data analysis, strategic leadership, and senior stakeholder management. They have experience working for a B2B tech, retail, or logistics company, leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, balancing long-term vision with the ability to execute tactical details in a fast growing space.
Given the initiative is still in an early phase, it will also be important to come up with and test new ideas, dive deep into the data to double down on what’s performing, and create scalable programs and mechanism to grow effectively. You'll need to act both strategically and tactically - from the creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.

This is a highly visible position that requires working closely with multiple teams within Amazon to market a truly innovative supply chain experience for our sellers. The role requires creative judgement and an ability to deliver results through marketing campaigns and sales channels.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead brand development for a global product, adapting key messages and directing effective content to support sellers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Partner with a cross-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Sales/Account Managers, Finance/Data Science, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategy, removing blockers, and ensuring support across team to meet timelines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, high-growth team to achieve key objectives and metrics
  • Work closely with central marketing teams to design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
