In this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse. As a Travel Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing excellent patient care, managing clinic performance, and ensuring the achievement of goals. As a Traveling Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner/Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care, specializing in injectables, fillers, and a wide range of aesthetics procedures. This unique position offers the flexibility to travel as needed to various locations, allowing you to bring your expertise and passion for aesthetics to our studios.

What will you do as a Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Registered Nurse (RN):

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all clinic policies and procedures, including accurate and timely photo and written documentation.
• Provide expert knowledge in safety and compliance to support the development and implementation of protocol updates and new product and service launches.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff members.
• Assume responsibility for clinic performance and strive to achieve goal outcomes.
• Conduct skill certifications and training sessions for existing and new providers, assisting them in meeting their individual performance metrics.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or negative experiences by providing effective solutions.
• Oversee clinic compliance with all HIPAA and OSHA requirements to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to supervise and manage all clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups, aesthetic, and industry-related associations, representing the Chapter-branded clinic in the local community.
• Exhibit masterful scope of clinic treatments and procedures to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Provide support and assistance to our studios in North Dakota & South Dakota (Fargo, ND; Grand Forks, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; and Rapid City, SD)

What will you bring as a Travel Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (RN)?

• Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (for Registered Nurse).
• Ability to deliver outstanding patient care while meeting performance metrics and goals.
• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.Proven experience and expertise in clinic treatments and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations/studios as required.Active participation in professional groups, aesthetic, and industry-related associations is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare-related software.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the Medical Director, clinical staff, and patients.
