Company: The Skin Center ("TSC") is a rapidly-growing medical aesthetics practice headquartered in western PA. The company specializes in non-surgical and surgical cosmetic services across multiple locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Founded 40 years ago, TSC has established itself as a market leader and is looking for high-quality individuals to join its team.

Position: TSC is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner with an interest in providing best-in-class patient care and clinical leadership. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for a driven, collaborative and results-oriented individual to grow with a great organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, filler) and laser treatment services
• Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and clinical best practices
• Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service
• Develop strong rapport with patients, review patient medical records, take detailed notes and maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms

Qualifications:

• Ability to think critically and work independently
• Professional appearance
• Exceptional communication and bedside manner
• Two years of work experience in aesthetics, dermatology, ENT or plastic surgery preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from a top school with a minimum of a 3.33 GPA preferred
• Passion for medical aesthetics
• Team-oriented, high energy, positive and professional attitude
• Interest in an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care
