Aesthetic Nurse Injector Jobs

Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in California

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Injector or similar position

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and laser treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

High attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Administering injectable treatments like Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Juvéderm Fillers, Sculptra, Restylane fillers, and more.

Performing Lead RN primary responsibilities (see below) on a weekly basis

Complete new RN onboarding training plan collaborating with Clinic Manager and District/Regional Manager

Reinforcement training for FOH/BOH within the district to promote high standards of care, consistency, and utmost client experience

Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management system with regard to patient treatments, outcomes and other required medical input.

Performs various Neurotoxin and Filler injections on OVME patients providing the highest level of patient comfort, studio experience, and results satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Medical Director to supervise and manage all clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.

Address and resolve guest complaints or negative experiences by providing effective solutions.

Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration

Delivers expert knowledge in safety and compliance to assist in protocol updates and new product and service launches

Responsible for providing solutions to guest complaints or negative experiences

Oversees clinic compliance in all HIPAA and OSHA requirements

Nurse Practitioner accreditation is required - with board certification from the state of your work location

Certification in injectable services and laser operation

At least 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine

Knowledge of MSOffice and ability to develop knowledge of electronic health records system

Approximately 25 hours per week for the initial three months, and then increasing to 36 hours per week

Primary locations are the Colorado Springs Briargate and Northgate offices.

Competent to administer all service offerings and maintains up and coming education in the aesthetic space.

Work with the operations department to determine necessary supplies for business management of new locations.

Assists with maintaining an appropriate corporate inventory, notifies management when the inventory is low or needs to be ordered.

Maintains current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies when renewed to management
