Performing Lead RN primary responsibilities (see below) on a weekly basis

Same responsibilities as clinic Registered Nurse, see RN

Complete new RN onboarding training plan collaborating with Clinic Manager and District/Regional Manager

Reinforcement training for FOH/BOH within the district to promote high standards of care, consistency, and utmost client experience

2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.

Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff members.

Conduct skill certifications and training sessions for existing and new providers, assisting them in meeting their individual performance metrics.

In-depth knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

Collaborate with the Medical Director to supervise and manage all clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.

Address and resolve guest complaints or negative experiences by providing effective solutions.

Provides leadership to the Mobile Medicine team through clinic flow, roster management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Manages communications channels to include, but not limited to, e-mails, voicemails, incoming/outgoing phone calls.

Manages inventory of supplies in conjunction Mobile Medicine team.

Provides direct one-on-one patient education and oversees provision of patient education by Medical Assistants. Participates in group education as needed.

Assist with coordination of care to other CommuniCare services, including dental care, behavioral health, diabetes education, etc.

Work with the operations department to determine necessary supplies for business management of new locations.

Assists with maintaining an appropriate corporate inventory, notifies management when the inventory is low or needs to be ordered.

Maintains current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies when renewed to management

Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.

Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.

Equivalency: 1 year of experience = 1 year of education

Minimum Education* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing by the National League of Nursing or equivalent

Knowledge of healthcare technology, equipment, supplies, and materials used for medical treatment and care

Knowledge of current patient privacy laws
