Job Description
Overview:
The Business Resiliency Advisor will serve as a strategic partner to the Chick-fil-A Business Resiliency Team to strengthen the organization's ability to understand, prepare for and respond to disruption. This role will be responsible for assisting in the execution of Chick-fil-A's Enterprise Risk Management program, which includes development and oversight of risk surveys, analysis and preparation of risk reporting, support of coordinated business continuity plans, development and technological support of scenario exercises, and supporting crisis response activations. Strong meeting facilitation, written communication, and group collaboration skills are required to effectively support the further growth and development of business resiliency mindsets and practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in compiling information from various risk-related resources in support of identifying, analyzing, measuring, and monitoring existing and emerging enterprise risks
  • Participate in the development and oversight of an annual risk survey, including survey preparations, technology management, analytical support, and development of reporting to senior leadership
  • Support crisis event execution through organization, documentation, and dissemination of pertinent information and/or reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Responsible for creation of meeting agendas, development of formal presentation materials, and meeting facilitation support driving outcomes focused on elevating risk-informed decision-making organizationally
  • Documentation and dissemination of meeting notes and other materials to various participants and stakeholders
  • Participate in the development of organizational business continuity plans designed to prepare the organization to respond to potential disruption events
  • Serve as a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Team
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of various cross-functional scenario and table-top exercises
  • Assist in the analysis, development, and implementation of emerging risk information systems
  • Support engagements with cross-functional Risk Partners for the purpose of relationship building and risk reporting, including digesting and organizing various forms of risk-related data and information into standardized reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled in analyzing and summarizing data and/or insights
  • Demonstrated ability to produce professional, executive level reports
  • Strong computer skills including in-depth experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
  • Possesses working knowledge of collaboration, facilitation, and analytics tools (e.g., Miro, Tableau, Microsoft Teams, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Proficient in facilitation and documentation
  • Self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to achieve results
  • Quick and versatile learner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and executing tabletop/scenario-based exercises
  • Experience in designing and executing risk surveys
  • Risk industry experience, including professional/consultant-related work
