Job Description

JOB TITLE : ADOBEANALYST / Power BI

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Visa: No H1B/CPT

PositionSummary
This position will be joining anexisting team that is responsible for:
1) Defining and rolling out aself-serve, scalable analytics data collection strategy,
2) Migrating existing developmentteams to the new data collection framework (50 teams) and
3) Onboarding new development teamsto the new data collection framework.
This position is primarily to helpsupport #2 above. There is a need to accelerate this project by defining and
rolling out a transition plan forexisting development teams to migrate data collection from an older analytics
implementation to our new datacollection framework.
MinimumQualifications:


6 years of experience using leading industry analyticstools, such as Power BI or Adobe Analytics
(Google Analytics is not a parallel)
• 3 years of experience working withtag management systems, such as Adobe Launch, Tealium,
Ensighten,Segment or equivalent (GTM is not a parallel)
• Experience with ananalytics data layer andserver-side analytics implementation (essential skillset)
• Proficient understanding of datadimensioning and metrics and the proper use of tracking variables
• Any advancedanalytics debugging andtroubleshooting skills
• Any advanced experience providingimplementation guidance for advanced data integrity issues
Any prior experience as an Analytics System Admin inreporting tool
• Any prior experience ofgovernance process, bestpractices in analytics space


Desired PreviousExperience/Education:

• Any relevant work experience in ane Commerce environment
• Any Power BI or Adobe AnalyticsImplementation.
• Any marketing campaign trackingexperience


Key Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
:
• Support the development of aself-serve analytics tagging strategy that will scale across the
enterprise to 100 development teams.
• Define a transition plan forexisting development teams who are on an older analytics
implementation to the new self-servetagging strategy.
• Oversee and rollout the transitionplan to existing development teams, providing guidance and
recommendations from animplementation perspective to ensure scalability, data quality, and
comprehensiveness of data acributescollected.
• Define and maintain alldocumentation related to the transition plan.
• Reduce the cycle
• Collaborate with domain partnersacross platform development teams, analyst teams, and data
modeling teams to ensure that crossteam dependencies are accounted in solutions.
• Expectation is that the person inthis role has strong communication skills, can provide clear and
strategic direction, and takes aproactive to the project process.
