We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team in New Orelans, LA.


Responsibilities Include


  • Use of MS Office and other software programs
  • Entering AR and ME GL Journals
  • Project completion as required
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned
  • Mailing AP checks
  • Assignment of a wide variety of diverse administrative general office functions such as filing, answering phones and organization of information


Position Requirements


  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Previous general office experience
  • Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience creating reports and manipulating data using database applications
  • Demonstrated ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team
