- Conduct research as needed to support executive decision-making
- Respond to inquiries and follow-ups as required
- Provide visitor support, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a positive experience
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating travel
- Coordinate office needs for Fullscript’s New Hampshire Office. This includes ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized office environment
- Take ownership of office processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics for in-person events and offsites, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support as needed
- Prior experience working in an administrative or office support role. 2-4 years preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
