A well Inspired and committed individual, with proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills, is needed I.E personal/administrative assistance secretary. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. This is a remote Full-Time/Part-Time opportunity. The employee will be required to put in at least 5/8 hours daily, 5 days a week. Items required to enable potential candidates to work successfully remotely will also be provided. Lastly, as a potential candidate, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. And also having a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Develop presentation format and compile data for the preparation of sales presentations
- Managing all incoming and outgoing communications i.e (Responding to emails/Fax)
- Support VPS as needed in a variety of professional tasks including scheduling meetings, travel accommodations, communications, information requests, and special projects.
- Preparation, processing, and archiving of various types of documentation and paperwork
- Maintains personnel information including emergency contacts, employee addresses, and phone numbers
- Consolidate, analyze, and summarize expenses to maintain an accurate record of sales expenditure
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative/ Assitant role
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
