Overview:


Facilities Services provides support related to moves, repairs, mail, and badging services to Marathon Petroleum’s Denver Office. Members of this team work together and with vendors to provide these services to internal customers. This includes operation of office equipment, processing of materials and data, personal interaction with customers and vendors, data management, sorting, and cost control. These processes all require a high level of accuracy and efficiency as the team seeks to provide these services with the maximum level of professionalism.


Responsibilities:


  • Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Teams, Excel and Word preferred.
  • Customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Complete Facilities Services administration tasks
  • Receive, address, and respond to Facilities Services emails.
  • Use personal computer and/or software applications to verify contents of deliveries, place orders, track materials, monitor inventory levels and service customer requests.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori preferred.
  • Assemble packages and prepare kits for special projects as needed.
  • Adhere to the company’s safety policies and work procedures. Receive and process incoming or outgoing materials. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery of mail, parcels, office supplies, and freight orders.
  • Lifting of packages (up to 40 lbs.). This position requires standing and walking throughout the day.
  • Operate equipment which may include postage meter processing, vendor supplied PC systems, and others.
  • Interface with clients throughout the company and external vendors to coordinate projects.

Education & Experience:


  • 1-3 years professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required.
