Job Summary:
The Word Processor II supports to the Operations Support Team (OST) Manager providing varied and advanced reporting functions for tables, graphs charts and excel documents. The position supports the CAMMO Program and the different Task Orders performing typical duties such as pulling reports, creating formulated worksheets for management review and analysis of program status. Maintains, and track records, research data, problem solving and completing tasks as assigned. Performs a wide variety of technical and support services including but not limited to compiling information and repots, data review, timekeeping, billing, payroll review and assist with project coordination. Reviews Time and Management (T&M) projects for accurate reporting, billing and closeout. Support the OST manager setting up new hires charge codes and timecards in various timecard systems. Standard individual administrative tasks including individual time, timesheet, leave, and training completion.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops various database and spreadsheets, creating, maintaining, and updating specified database and or spreadsheet information on a regular basis.
  • Supports personnel data management, creating new personnel profiles, project setup and tracks onboarding issues for resolution.
  • Works under the functional/operational supervision of the Operational Support Team (OST) Manager.
  • Analyzes data gathered, develops information, organizes and documents findings of studies for review with project and program managers.
  • Assists in timekeeping report review and change requirements based on new projects assigned for five different CBAs across the CAMMO contract.
  • Compiles and disseminates information and reports. Manipulate, filter, reconcile and combine various reporting structures. Invoice, billing and reconciling hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • In-Depth experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Formula and reporting), Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or can substitute four (4) years’ related work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including presentations to senior executives; ability to read, speak and effectively communicate in the English language.
Desired Qualifications:
  • High technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of preparing complex reports and cross-reference for accuracy.
  • Knowledge of different types of software applications and technical terminology to perform editing and reformatting of data reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
  • High-level of program and analytical ability.
  • Solid work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $20.05 per hour – The salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, work experience, and their ability to meet the known requirements of the position as determined at the time of hire. Job location will also be a factor in determining the salary offered.
