  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews' and Federal law, and Jaquith policies and procedures.
  • Assist purchasing inputting purchase orders, reconciling of invoices and contacting vendors regarding discrepancies
  • Receive incoming calls and operate the switchboard, routing calls to the proper location.
  • Provide general support of the HR functions including, but not limited to onboarding, data management, and event planning.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality related to all aspects of employment including access to employee reports and employee files.
  • Responsible for working safely and being conscious of the safety of co-workers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Track and schedule all safety meetings and ensure employees are kept up to date with OSHA required training.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a visitor log. Ensure that proper notifications are made to the proper employees so that visitors do not have long waits. This includes controlling access to the office and plant areas.
  • Work with warehouse staff comparing deliveries and purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
  • Participate in HR and Safety meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as applicable.
  • Order office supplies, maintain the first aid room and supplies.
  • Maintain documents for employee files, benefit programs and other HR and safety-related documentation.
