Administrative Associate Jobs

Our client, a Midtown NYC Registered Investment Advisor seeks an experienced administrative associate to join the firm. The firm's culture values ambition, integrity, professional work ethic communication skills and a desire to serve its individual clients in a top-quality manner.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a large volume of communications to clients and prospects

Weekly and Monthly reporting to clients

Managing special reporting requests for clients

Preparing performance for clients

Preparing materials for client meetings

Managing special projects as they arise

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple demands

Proactive and able to self-motivate

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a flexible team environment

Understands timelines and has a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior administrative experience in a financial firm is a must

Salary $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.

This position will be hybrid (which at the moment is 3 days in the office WFH 2 days, but is subject to change).

During training this position is on-site.
