Job Description

A prestigious non-profit based in Pasadena is looking for a poised, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the President of the company.


This temporary, Administrative Assistant position will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls/visitors
  • Assisting with special programming and events
  • Ordering and stocking office and event supplies
  • Organizing Senior Leadership meetings, including creating agendas, managing logistics, and handling meeting set up
  • Helping with ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Creating checklists and managing deliverables and daily tasks
  • Managing calendars, organizing travel, and coordinating meetings and appointments


Candidates should have 2+ years of administrative experience, strong technology skills, and a go-getter mentality. A Bachelor’s degree and vaccination are also required.


This is a fully, in-office position and typical hours are from 8:30am – 5:00pm PT, with occasional overtime as needed. The position will pay $40/hr. (DOE), and offers paid overtime as well.
