Position Summary:
Interfacing with all levels of management across departments and locations, internal and external customers and clients, the AA supports the Sr. Administrative Assistants (SAA) to support Site Leaders on the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and the Operations Leadership Team (OLT) in the execution of their responsibilities.

Demonstrate high-level computer skills to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and WebEx
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support SAAs as well as SLT and OLT members in maintaining and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Timely preparation of Expense Reports relative to travel.
  • Coordinating meeting-related activities (e.g., meeting room reservations, meals, and agendas).
  • Make reservations for travel to include airline, hotel and ground transportation.
  • Schedule conference calls and videoconferences and disseminate information to meeting participants, including date, time, location, agenda, and WebEx or Teams credentials.
  • Manage files (digital and/or hardcopy) for memos, reports, and other confidential material.
  • Work in conjunction with the SAA to plan and coordinate site meetings, social events/functions, employing other Social Committee members for distribution of various aspects of the events. This may include travel arrangements, catering, reservations, and time/space planning.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education:
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative assistance
  • Associate's Degree in Technical or Business Administration with Bachelor's Degree preferred
