Job Description
Raritan Borough seeks an Administrative Assistant to handle general clerical and administrative functions in the Office of the Borough Administrator/Clerk. This position requires a strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Edmunds and Primepoint a plus. The individual should be extremely well organized; self-motivated; possess stellar communication and customer services skills; enjoy working with the public; have a strong work ethic and be capable of managing and prioritizing tasks. Attention to detail, follow-through and follow-up are essential. Prior experience in municipal government, especially in the Office of the Borough Clerk or Administration, is preferred. Candidates interested in either a full or part-time position are encouraged to apply.
