Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Office Assistant to join our team in in Lakewood, CO. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities


Responsiblities are subject to change.


Administrative Support Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail.


Filing and Data Entry Maintain organized filing systems and accurately enter data into databases or spreadsheets.


Scheduling Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.


Office Maintenance Ensure the office environment is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.


Documentation Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, reports, and presentations.


Record Keeping Maintain records of office expenses, invoices, and receipts.


Technology Support Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with office equipment maintenance.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in an office assistant role is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
