Hourly: $22 -$24

About The Role


Operations is the heart of our organization. Intertek Wisetail is actively seeking an Administrative Assistantto positively impact the work and lives of every person at Wisetail. As the Administrative Assistant you will direct the growth of our employees and promote a culture of excellence in a highly-engaged workplace.


Responsibilities


  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include cross-team initiatives
  • Manage Company/Operations Calendar
  • Office/Virtual Events and Employee activities
  • Employee Programs - Assist in facilitation
  • Assist in all-company communication
  • Organizational charts and management for Wisetail
  • Facilities management i.e- building maintenance, key/building access
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting processes.
  • Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, leadership off sites, and other events.
  • Manage Staff Needs
  • Operational Reporting to parent company
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding


Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills, can-do approach and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and professional presence.
  • Ability to prioritize workload proactively and expeditiously
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
  • Associates Degree, or a minimum of 2-3 years in a Administrative Support role.
