Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
  • Can engage and support the development of metrics and reporting on key business indicators.
  • Works closely and effectively with the leadership to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence and other tasks required to help senior management.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to senior management, including those of a critical or confidential nature. Resolves appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Maintain a calendar of operations events and support team in ensuring they are completed optimally.
  • Facilitates collection and aggregation of inputs needed for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business unit constraints management and progress reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Adobe Acrobat.
  • Great attention to details and a high sense of responsibility
  • Pleasant phone demeanor and front office presence
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong work tenure: 3 - 5 years of experience supporting senior management.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $0 and $0/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
