About This Position


As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the staff, paralegals, and attorneys on your perspective team. You will participate in the planning and execution of assigned Law & IP Unit projects as well as providing back up duties to other Admin Assistants within the Legal group.


Who We Are Seeking


Required Work Experience:


  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Min of 3 years administrative assistant experience AND/OR 2 years experience working in a Law office or Corporate Law Department.
  • Tim management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
  • Set up and administer legal matters in the Matter management system.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Run reports and organize data from matter management and financial systems.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence (typing, filing, data entry).


Required Education


  • AA degree preferred but not required
