Job Description

We are Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide professional, compassionate, individualized in-home care services for developmentally disabled adults and children throughout Oregon. We are a state-certified organization.

We are looking for a rock-star Administrative Assistant who is looking to join a growing organization that truly makes a difference in the lives of its customers.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Handling office tasks, such as creating documents, filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings.

Maintain office organization.

Maintain contact lists.

Run errands.

Scan documents

File paperwork

Prepare presentation packets.

Call, text, and email customers and employees

Maintain office equipment and supplies.

Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented

Problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Familiar with Google Drive

Take instructions/execute the plan.

Discretion and Judgment

Anticipates Needs

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Two years of administrative assistant experience

Excellent computer skills

Proficient in MS Office

Experience as an HR administrative assistant - highly appreciated.

Bilingual, preferred.
