The Rohlik Financial Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The team at RFG is very close-knit with a professional/casual work environment and strong work ethic. This role will be primarily in-person with the ability to have one day a week of work from home after demonstration of results. The Administrative Assistant role plays an integral role in the daily operations of our business.

Key Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Complete and process client paperwork as necessary.
- Answers phone calls, schedules and confirms meetings, and supports visitors.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Organizes client meeting packets and deliverables.
- Makes arrangements for external meetings with clients and vendors such as restaurant or conference room reservations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.
- Back up other roles as able and required.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks and managing to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and text.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Redtail, AdviceWorks, Albridge, Docupace, Morningstar, Envestnet, My Rep Chat is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent education
