Is there any site-specific training we need to be aware of? CC Safety Council has site specific training for individuals working onsite for LyondellBasell

  • Strong interpersonal skills are required due to the frequent interaction with management, department personnel, other functional groups, and outside auditors
  • This position calls for the ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities.

Basic Function
Performs administrative duties including word processing, developing & updating spreadsheets and databases, organization and tracking of documentation. Process Safety process facilitation includes monitoring MOC & PHA status submittals from engineering day staff, data gathering to ensure accurate accounting for process safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compiling and publishing regular MOC status reports, auditing & uploading controlled documents to D2 software, preparing and processing MOC auditing system, auditing MOCs, PHAs, and other process safety material. Preparing Process Safety materials for external and internal audits. Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all assignments.
Job Specifications

This position calls for the ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities. Good computer and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with process safety concepts and systems is preferred, but not required.
