- Credit card reconciliation
- Manage membership sales and database
- Manage student payroll budget/work study hours
- Other duties as assigned
- Complete general office duties and responsibilities to support nine full time staff
- Complete hiring packets, proposals and ePars for all new student employees, assign time managers
- Attend campus meetings and trainings as needed for up to date information regarding University polices and procedures
- Some nights and weekends required
- Utilize e-procurement software
- Daily revenue deposits and other business operations as needed
- As needed, host new student employee orientation sessions
- Review all payroll hours for student employees
- Reconciling accounts
