About This Opportunity
InComm is a global leader in financial technology innovation. Our Financial Services team is located in Columbus, GA and is focused on activities that range from fraud analysis, to consumer disputes and charge-backs. We have experienced tremendous growth and are planning to grow our Columbus team significantly. The Administrative Assistant I will be a part of a dynamic team of coordinators who oversee and manager the dispute life-cycle end to end.
As the Administrative Assistant I, you will have the opportunity to work within various departments to learn and support the operational processes within InComm.

Responsibilities
  • Review requests from the dispute and fraud departments, and for requests received through USPS directly from the cardholders.
  • Adheres to timeframes that allow us to remain in compliance.
  • Responsible for prepping all of the dispute reports for a product to upload to our database.
  • This position is in control of all of the inboxes for the GPR team, responds to cardholders when necessary and alerts analyst to items that require their attention.
  • Escalations are also handled by the administrative team. Complaints are highly time-sensitive, require knowledge of all products and platforms, strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication skills to be able to provide clarity to issues to various agencies.
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries received from cardholders via USPS. This requires knowledge of all products and platforms, analytical skills, and the ability to clearly communicate information on trends to management
Qualifications
  • Strong data entry skills
  • PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Dependable, good work ethics, attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
