Job Description

Our client is a nonprofit animal welfare organization helping tens of thousands of animals live safer, healthier lives. They serve the Southwest Florida area and are currently seeking a Administrative Support person/Bookkeeper to join their team.


Responsibilities


  • Input and track finances into Quickbooks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Prepare the Executive Director and other leaders on financial changes or inconsistencies (if applicable)
  • Reconcile books each month and produce monthly reports
  • Pull Quickbooks reports for leadership and board meetings


Qualifications


  • Has strong communication skills, especially with leadership
  • 1-4 years of experience working with Quickbooks
  • Demonstrates high-level organizational skills
  • 1-4 years of experience working with Excel



Compensation


  • $40,000 base salary
