Bookkeeper/Accountant Location: North Miami Salary: $50k to $60k plus PTO and Holidays M- F 8 to 5
eventually will be hybrid Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities Perform basic accounting functions Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts and other information Reconcile various general ledger accounts to internally and externally prepared schedules Assist in recordkeeping and documentation as needed. Process data entry
Submit financial reports File bank reconciliations Reconciliation of monthly reports Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger Track the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for designated organizations.
