Part Time Bookkeeper Jobs

WTR is searching for a full-time operations manager to support the Chief Executive Officer in their day-to-day management of the business. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating regular tasks that include but are not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll calculations and payroll.

Your central goal is to help alleviate the day-to-day burden of management. Applicants will need to be self-starters, feel comfortable multi-tasking and working with less guidance. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and computer/technical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on WTR accounts receivable
• Work within ADP payroll system
• Calculate biweekly compensation for payroll.This includes calculating commissions and making sure deductions are accurate.
• Manage and follow up on WTR accounts payable
• Weekly management reporting
• Work with QuickBooks accounting system.No specific accounting experience is necessary just the ability to reconcile and update transactions within QuickBooks.The firm has an outside Account Firm.
• Work within Microsoft Teams to manage sales contracts and update sales pipeline.

Technical Qualifications / Skills:

• Organized and excellent communication skills.
• Need to be extremely comfortable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proactive and be comfortable moving between tasks.Self-motivated and does not wait for management to ask for tasks to be completed.
• Self-Starter and can work with minimal direction.
• Be an individual that can easily learn new programs and technologies that are used around the organization.
