Responsibilities include:
Traditional Bookkeeping Duties which Demonstrates Understanding steps needed to prepare:
Payroll Checks, Transmission of related Tax Liabilities and the Quarterly and Annual Reports Required.
SalesTax Calculation & Transmission thereof
Extensive Data Entry for Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Clientele
Document Management
Responsible for Telephone Incoming Calls
Greeting of Clients

Skills Required:
Speedy Data Entry
Computer skills with Use of Microsoft Office Products-Excel, Word
3+ years of bookkeeping experience suggested
Comfortable in a Multitasking Environment
