Hours: Mon – Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
Status: Full-Time / Hourly / 100% On-Site
Hourly Pay: $28- $31
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to marketing strategies and assist with various administrative tasks for Archibald's Restaurants, Andy's Express Wash, and other exciting new start-up projects in the Chino/Ontario area.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, both online and offline.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Presentations.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to prioritize projects to meet strict deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 2-3 years of professional experience inMarketing, Social Media Management or relevant experience in a fast paced office environment
- Understanding of branding and visual identity concepts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
- Automotive industry knowledge, Restaurant Industry knowledge and/or experience is a huge PLUS!
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
While graphic design experience is not a mandatory requirement for this position, it can be a valuable asset in creating visually appealing marketing materials and enhancing the overall marketing efforts. If you possess graphic design skills, please highlight them in your application.
