We're a consistent and quality focused manufacturer of custom fabrication services and fastener and product manufacturing. We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator.

We are looking for a experienced customer-oriented service representative to join our team. Candidate must enjoy juggling different tasks, project management and working closely with other team members in all departments in order to maintain our superior customer service and support our growth plans. We will train new employee in all aspects of the job and our industry.

Customer Service duties include front line support for our customers including order receipt and processing, replying to requests for product information or pricing, general customer inquiries or problem resolution. These duties will include use of Microsoft Office, email, phone, in-person meetings, our CRM and related tools.

Administrative duties would include project management, email & communication support, reporting, supporting team meetings and helping to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include

· Customer Service- Existing and New Customers

· CRM and Database Management (ZOHO and Access)

· Administrative Duties

· Front line interaction, sales, and quotations for customers.

· Maintaining online store- product fulfilment and listings etc.

· Handling customer questions, issues, or concerns.

Candidate Must Possess

· Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Basic understanding of CRM (we can train you on our software)

· 3 years of Customer Service or Office Management

· Ability to perform with little oversight.

· Attention to detail.

· Self-motivated and driven.

· A fun and happy personality that comes through the phone to customers and who is pleasant to work with.

Additional skills or experience (not mandatory) but helpful and would impact the final salary/compensation.

· Project Management Experience.

· Executive Assistant Experience.

· Office Management Experience.

· Prior Sales Experience.

· Marketing Experience - copywriting, content creation experience (email, blogging, social media, etc.).

· Online Store Management (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

· Website Design or Analytics Experience.

· Graphic Design (Illustrator or other).

Hours – Full Time

Salary: - $20-22.00/hour
