Accounts Payable Associate Jobs

Ultimate Care NY, a leading home health care service provider for the past 20 years, is seeking an experienced Account Payable Associate to join our team. As a member of the Ultimate Care NY family, you'll be a vital part of a team that's dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our clients. Your role as an Account Payable Associate will be integral to ensuring timely payment to vendors and supporting the financial functions of our business. Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relations
• Maintain vendor records, verify and process invoices for payment
• Perform data entry and record-keeping related to accounts payable
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and analysis
• Provide support to other members of the Finance department as needed
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Minimum of 2-year experience in accounts payable (will WOW us but not required)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
