Position: Accounting and Payroll Administrative with HR Responsibilities Location: Lawrence, KS Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits package Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processes, including computation, deductions, tax filings, and reporting.
- Maintain financial records and prepare various financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile financial discrepancies and streamline accounting procedures.
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Perform HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel file maintenance.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, payroll administration, and HR-related tasks, ideally 3-5 years.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll processes, and relevant legal regulations.
- Proficiency in popular accounting software and payroll management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
