Payroll Accountant Jobs

CC&S is a growing CPA firm actively seeking full time payroll / write-up associate to join our team. At CC&S we are seeking an associate with payroll processing experience to fill all aspects of payroll preparation within the payroll cycle with quality experience in organization, planning and prioritizing skills. Experience in all aspects of payroll preparation including tax deposits, quarterly and year end reporting. Candidate must be able to manage payroll deadline schedules.. We strive to help clients maintain financial viability in the present, while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals.

Requirements:

·Payroll processing experience

·Knowledge of QuickBooks or Accounting CS Software helpful

·Experience with MS office, data entry and standard office equipment

·Excellent attention to detail

·Strong organizational skills

·Ability to professionally engage with clients and staff both verbally and in writing

·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

·Processing payroll for multiple clients

·Inputs payroll data and information into systems

·Will work within cyclical schedules of different and multiple payroll clients

·Various other clerical and work-related duties within the cyclical schedules

·Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to facilitate a team approach

·Maintains strong client service relationships

·Proactively reaches out to obtain knowledge, additional tasks, and responsibilities.
