What You'll be Doing

Do you have a desire to help support the financial management function of TTEC? As a Senior Intercompany Accountant, you'll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the entire CFO Organization including Finance, GL Accounting, Operations, Treasury, and Legal. Our ideal candidate should be ambitious, outgoing, and interested in learning about TTEC as a company. The position offers an enormous amount of exposure to all financial areas of the TTEC organization and is great opportunity to develop professional skills.

You'll report to Senior Supervisor, Revenue Assurance. You will contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to simplify processes
• Analyze current month revenue and trends of your account portfolio
• Maintain process documentation and compliance with those processes
• Responsible for all phases of the revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts with minimal assistance
• Preparation of journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process
• Complete complex contract reviews and recognize revenue according to (ASC 606)
• Validate Intercompany Accounting balances and research variances

What You Bring to the Role

• Very strong analytical abilities and English written and oral communications skills needed. Communication required up to VP level
• Oracle Business Suite experience highly preferred
• 3+ years relevant experience with accounting, complex billing, or financial analysis preferred
• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Financial background and is detail oriented/organized
• Advanced Microsoft excel experienced required
• Experience with telecommunications and call center operations preferred

The anticipated range is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
