Job Description

Title UKG HRIS Administrator

Location: 100% Onsite – Tampa, Florida


A Robert Half client is looking for a UKG HRIS Administrator to join the team and be responsible for analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training and administration. This role will drive the HRIS roadmap and lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll and benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with UKG user community to access best practices.
  • Provide centralized support for new hire onboarding into UKG, data validation, and employee life cycle details thereafter.
  • Drive the overall HRIS roadmap and lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll and benefits.
  • Act as the organization's lead change agent in preparation and implementation of forthcoming modules and rollouts.
  • Create technical configuration including business process workflow, custom fields, custom validations, custom reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights updates as applicable.
  • Stays up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to UKG and HCM systems.
  • Support all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, performance management, and document management systems and software).
  • Design and implement integration with other non-UKG systems, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee implementation and ongoing administration of UKG systems (both Pro and Workforce Management) and associated modules in collaboration with HR and other functional teams.
  • Perform UKG system administrative functions including maintenance, configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management.
  • System implementation and integration experience required.
  • Prior experience with UKG, Ultimate Software, Kronos, Workday, D365, LMS systems and/or Employee Navigator preferred.
  • 4 + years' experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in Change and Project Management preferred.
