Account Manager Jobs

Job Title: Account Manager Reports to: General Manager
Location: Westlake, Ohio FLSA Status: Full- Time, Exempt
Job Summary:
Ground Works Land Design is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. As the Account Manager one will be responsible for the relationship between project management and the client while also growing a portfolio of business.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct supervisory responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Submits all required records in accordance with company policies.
• Prepares estimates and proposals to present to the client.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Meets with project management weekly to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Quality management of all projects.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that work performed is to the Ground Works Land Design standard and customer satisfaction is met.
• Manage the relationship between project management and the client. Acting as the point of contact for the client.
• Ensures that client satisfaction is priority and follows through with solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to work efficiently with little to no supervision.
• Effective communicator with the ability to be presidential when conversing with a client or fellow employee.
• Adaptable to a growing team.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Self-driven and positive attitude.

Educations and Experience:

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in construction and snow removal a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in enhancements, irrigation, and lawn maintenance a plus.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or Account Management.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time.
• Able to lift more than 20 lbs.
