Job Description

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of complex Sales, Account Management

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience


Pluses:

• History of account management in a startup atmosphere

• Experience in HubSpot, ZenDesk or other leading CRM solution

A client of ours is seeking an Account Manager to expand and optimize our 24/7 omnichannel client services in current and new geographies.

As the Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients to drive revenue by maximizing existing clients’ usage of our shipping services and a high retention rate. You will be a partner and consult for our clients, ensuring their needs are met today and in the future. Ultimately, you will directly own and influence the impression and trust that clients have in our service.

You Will:

  • Operate with autonomy and independent decision-making
  • Deliver on KPI to support business growth and customer experience
  • Serve as an advocate for the Client, identifying any gaps in service, customer obstacles or opportunities for improvement within our service.
  • Manage a book of business and achieve growth goals with speed and superb customer experience
  • Own Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing customer day to day requirements
  • Build strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnerships
  • Be an expert in all aspects of complex shipping so you can guide clients to the best options for their business
  • Bring solutions to established and prospective customers and nurture these relationships into long-term partnerships
