Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Establish strong relationships with partners based on mutual trust and shared values. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs, goals, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, proactively offering solutions, and providing ongoing support to enhance their overall experience.
Relationship Management: Nurture and grow existing partnerships by maintaining regular communication, conducting business reviews, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth and success. Take a proactive approach to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. Share insights and feedback from partners to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Solution-Oriented Approach: Understand the unique needs of each partner and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Act as a consultant, offering guidance on how our products/services can address their challenges and add value to their business.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities. Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities, anticipate partner needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully developing and nurturing partnerships in a sales or business development role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client care
Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and provide innovative solutions
Highly organized, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in CRM software (Experience in industry specific programs a bonus)
