Account Manager (Check City)

We are not one of those typical collection agencies, we believe in working with customers to find solutions and bring resolution to past-due accounts.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn, be punctual, and open to receiving instructions.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in a team environment while remaining positive and professional.
• Must be assertive as well as possess the ability to listen and maintain composure with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with Check City policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws regulating the collection industry.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates on account files for each call.
• Negotiate with customers by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
