Operations Manager Jobs

Saddle Rock Legal Group is a law firm seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and drive success within our medical record retrieval, medical record review, quality control, and call quality monitoring departments. If you're a detail-oriented person with experience in a similar role, we would love to have you join our growing team in Draper, UT!

This position will have a starting salary of $60,000 or more, depending on experience. YOUR ROLE AS OPERATIONS MANAGER

As an Operations Manager, we will count on you to develop accountability through well-defined processes, procedures, and reporting. As someone who is results and deadline driven, you put in the time necessary to ensure deadlines are met, workflow maintained, and your team's tasks are managed at or above the company's acceptable standards. You'll help drive productivity, excellent client experience, accountability, and quality through the call monitoring, quality control, and medical records divisions of the company by improving processes and culture.

An excellent communicator, you intuitively understand how to educate and encourage team members, so they feel motivated to improve. As you use spreadsheets and BI reports to compile and analyze data, you spot emerging trends and identify areas where additional training is needed or process improvement is required. You're a creative thinker who is willing to implement and test strategies for refining our best practice procedures. You inspect what you expect and measure results through key performance indicators. You feel great knowing that your efforts help our company become one of the top mass tort law firms in the nation.

What We're Looking For In a Operations Manager

We're searching for a self-motivated, analytical thinker with the following qualifications:

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of reporting
• Experience improving, documenting, and implementing key performance indicators and compliance-driven policies and procedures
• Key Management Experience in the development of highly productive teams
• Deadline and results-driven
• Ability to create and analyze spreadsheets, pivot tables, and key performance indicators
• Knowledgeable and experienced in medical record retrieval and review to ensure clients/staff and external partners meet the proper criteria
• Proven track record of training team members to excel in a high-volume environment
• 10+ years of verifiable experience leading quality assurance initiatives
• Accountability through the "show how" leadership style

YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

This position is a full-time salaried position working Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends required based on hitting certain deadlines and maintaining department workload within company standards and goals.
