Job Description
ColdTech Refrigeration is a prominent Intermountain West commercial refrigeration and HVAC service provider. We install, service and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and hot equipment assets for grocery stores, hotels, convenience stores, restaurants, school districts and warehouses. Job Duties


  • Participate in customer business review preparation and presentations
  • Develop estimation tools and pipeline management to improve close rates
  • Report progress regularly to management and clients, both orally and in writing at agreed intervals
  • Regularly visit job sites to ensure compliance with safety programs and client expectations
  • Ensure that General Managers are properly resourced to complete all projects effectively and safely
  • Improve inter-company collaboration between Divisions to harmonize policies, procedures and workflows
  • Play a key role on teams that vet and implement software solutions
  • Ensure that all accidents, near misses, and incidents are reported and investigated promptly, and action is taken to minimize the risk of a recurrence
  • Improve the current work order to purchase order to invoice work flow
  • Design and manage call center CSR best practices


Requirements & Competencies


  • Strong customer focus and relationship building
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HVAC or Refrigeration industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced financial modeling
  • Proven ability to coalesce disparate teams to collaborate on solutions and initiatives
