The Operations Manager will directly manage the GlobalSim Production and Customer Support teams. The Operations Manager will provide indirect management of other departments to support initiatives geared toward operational excellence, manage daily operations, and oversee resources required to deliver products and services. Progress tracking and regular reporting to management will be an integral part of this process. The Operations Manager will also assist in coaching and mentoring team members and team leads in planning, estimating, and work efficiency. Regular work hours are expected in a team atmosphere with occasional overtime to meet schedule commitments. Occasional travel may be required, up to 10% of work time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with baseline planning and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage people and processes
• BS in management, business, or other relevant field (applicants without a degree, but with significant experience and certification will still be considered)
• 4 or more years of project management experience
• Experience with project management tools (such as MS Project or Zoho Projects)

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the development and maintenance of process documentation
• Training in leadership principles
• DoD contract experience
• Experience with integrated hardware and software projects
