Job Description
The Operations Manager will be a key part of the organization and will oversee day-to-day operations of the organization, as directed by the Executive Director. This includes management of the offices, finances, human resources including analysis and improvement of organizational processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. In addition, the Operations Manager will assist the Executive Director with event logistics, the annual report, program implementation, and other community outreach activities, as assigned.
