Job Description
LifeSeasons is seeking an 3rd Party E-commerce Manager/Specialist to join its rapidly growing e-commerce business and work closely with talented team members and top-tier external collaborators to fuel the growth of LifeSeasons brand on key e-commerce platforms. This role would collaborate with the marketing team.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strengths in communication and cross-functional project management. They ask the right questions and suggest optimizations that propel growth in their areas of purview. They possess an in-depth understanding of the workings of primary marketplaces and what levers drive success in each.

Currently LifesSeasons creates a wide range of supplements for US-based wholesale customers as well as selling directly to customers via Amazon, other third-party e-commerce platforms and its own e-commerce site.


Responsibilities


  • Unlock profitable revenue generation opportunities across the various platforms.
  • Conduct key analyses and provide regular reporting on the digital business to the senior management team with improvement and optimization opportunities where applicable.
  • Support direct-to-consumer sales efforts where required, including site management, social media account management and email marketing.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and interpret market trend research to support team’s efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, operations, merchandising, creative and customer services teams.
  • Implement and execute marketing and promotional strategies in accordance overarching marketing strategy defined by team, leadership and external advisors.
  • Drive online sales and be accountable for sales targets and other KPIs across multiple online platforms such as Amazon, Target and Walmart (3rd Party Ecommerce).
  • Manage listing optimization, content, creative, inventory, ad spend, account health and customer support
  • Own product content and online merchandising in accordance with best practices while optimizing user experience, generating and iterating product content and improving conversion rates where possible.
  • Manage and interface regularly within third party platforms and external agencies to execute regular optimizations and collaborate on strategies and tactics to accomplish company and team goals.


Requirements


  • Track record of successfully managing and growing brands on e-commerce marketplaces
  • Strong grasp of SEO and performance optimization tools for marketplaces
  • An analytical, highly organized mindset with experience managing complex projects.
  • A drive and willingness to speak up and push for constant improvement
  • Experience in supplement space preferred but not required
  • 1 – 2+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of e-commerce Marketplaces such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etsy, etc.
  • A bachelor’s degree with several years of work experience in retail, marketing, e-commerce or other business-related field
  • Interest and passion for mission-driven businesses a plus
  • Experience driving DTC strategies and DTC marketing a plus
